We are seeking a Dental Front Desk Receptionist / Coordinator who is always willing to learn and excited in delivering outstanding patient experiences.

What You'll Do Play a pivotal role in building our new dental practice, contributing your skills and ideas to its development.

Collaborate closely with the team to shape our office culture and patient experience. Embrace our dedication to providing top-tier dental care and creating a positive impact in our community.

Contribute your hard work and creativity to help us establish a seamless and efficient workflow. Be an ambassador of our brand's values, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for.

Help create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that makes our office feel like a second home. Embrace a positive, upbeat attitude that contributes to our fun and enthusiastic team culture.

Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure a smooth and organized practice. Coordinate insurance verification and billing processes to support a hassle-free experience for patients.

Answer phone calls and any question patients may have Qualifications A passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude. Eagerness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to the growth of our practice.

Knowledge of dental terminology Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and team members effectively. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Prior experience in a dental or healthcare front desk role is preferred, but not required Familiarity with dental software systems for scheduling and patient records is a plus.
