Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Preschool Infant/Toddler to join our team. As a Lead Preschool Infant/Toddler, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for our young learners. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Duties: - Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers - Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development - Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and explore - Collaborate with other teachers to ensure continuity of care and learning experiences - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development - Monitor and assess each child's individual needs and adjust teaching strategies accordingly - Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records Experience: - Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational setting - Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, and curriculum development - Understanding of special education needs in early childhood settings - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Education: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - CDA (Child Development Associate) certification or equivalent required If you are passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their lives, we encourage you to apply for the position of Lead Preschool Infant/Toddler.
