You’ll assist individuals in various situations, such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child custody and contested divorces and be able to maintain a heavy load of cases and composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. $130,000 - $157,000 yearly

• Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients
• Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action
• Keep client files properly organized and up to date
• Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed
• Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of cases

• Bachelor’s degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
• Ability to successfully represent both plaintiff and defendant sides of a case

• Minimum of four years experience in family law
• Minimum of three years of Trial experience
• Admitted to the Florida Bar
• Ability to work without much supervision
• Desire to be the best
