Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger repair projects
Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including reading schematics and working with logic controllers
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff and residents
