IMMEDIATE POSITION

Genthe Law Firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager, to become a part of our growing legal team. We are committed to our clients and are looking for an individual who is energetic, passionate about their career, strong task management and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and adjusters.
• Update case management system
• Handle Attorney scheduling including client meetings and intake related tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong experience; 3-5 or more years experience at a Plaintiff law firm
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Able to operate office equipment for scanning, faxing, mailing, and answering a multi-line telephone system
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to prioritize & organize duties
• Ability to meet critical deadlines
• Job Types: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Relevant: 3-5 years (Required)
