Keach & Grove Agency is Hiring a Real Estate Broker Near Bedford, IN

```Duties```
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify real estate opportunities
- Show property and negotiate the sale/purchase

- Follow the transaction thru closing escrow

- Assist in the due diligence process, including property inspections and document review
- Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate real estate transactions
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations

```Qualifications```

- Indiana Real Estate license required - applicant can be in the process of obtaining license
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate effectively and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
