We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to oversee the operations of our tutoring center. The Center Manager will be responsible for managing the daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management and possess exceptional leadership skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of the tutoring center, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Train, coach, and motivate a team of academic associates to achieve individual and team goals
- Conduct interviews and assist with employee orientation
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
```Experience```
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a wireless sales environment
- Strong knowledge of sales management techniques and best practices
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Ability to conduct interviews and provide training to new employees
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette is a plus
