Ommabe Chiropractic Center is Hiring a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Near Spring, TX

Chiropractic Assistants at Ommabe Chiropractic Center deliver exceptional and professional service to our patients. Chiropractic Assistants need to be willing to train in our clinic’s specific systems, possess excellent communication skills and must hold themselves to a professional and holistic healthcare standard. In addition they need to:

  • Be on time for each shift, 30 minutes before the first appointment minimum, be prompt with each shift and complete daily closing list before leaving for the day
  • Advanced communication skills: written, verbal, and non-verbal
  • Entry level leadership skills
  • Work well with others - team members, supervisors, patients, etc.
  • Greet every patient with enthusiasm and genuinely connect with each patient
  • Schedule out six weeks worth of appointments for all patients
  • Travel to corporate locations to deliver on-site chair services for employees
  • Participate in external marketing events throughout the year
  • Record detailed documentation of each service session
  • Wash and fold laundry as needed
  • Be eager to help parents with car seats/strollers/changing bags and babies where needed
  • Contribute to the organization and cleanliness of treatment rooms and back office
  • Handle patient concerns professionally, kindly and with empathy
  • Have the ability to work without direct supervision
  • Maintain a positive attitude at work and contribute to a quality work environment
  • Attend and participate in staff meeting and trainings
  • Be able to stand for 5.5 consecutive hours
  • Lift 5 lbs. and occasionally lift or carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Able to reach hands and arms in any direction, kneel, stoop or crouch repeatedly
  • Work days, evenings and weekends
  • Complete 10 hours of continuing education a year*

Some responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Welcoming our clients and leading appointment flow
* Client data entry and intake process
* Receiving and tracking payments
* Scheduling, managing and tracking all client appointments
* Client correspondence including, answering phone calls, messages, and emails
* Resetting rooms during new client process
* Keeping accurate account of daily, weekly, and monthly statistics
* Ordering supplies from multiple vendors and keeping track of office inventory
* Basic cleaning responsibilities
* Enhancing our marketing calendar; creating fliers, brainstorming projects and events. * Growing our online presence via social media, website, newsletters, Google, etc.
* Efficiency with Mac, Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Canva, Planoly, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
* Basic phone efficiency and professionalism are a MUST
* Office Assistant or Receptionist experience desired
* Marketing experience a plus

  • Smile & greet every single person

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
