Chiropractic Assistants at Ommabe Chiropractic Center deliver exceptional and professional service to our patients. Chiropractic Assistants need to be willing to train in our clinic’s specific systems, possess excellent communication skills and must hold themselves to a professional and holistic healthcare standard. In addition they need to:
Some responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Welcoming our clients and leading appointment flow
* Client data entry and intake process
* Receiving and tracking payments
* Scheduling, managing and tracking all client appointments
* Client correspondence including, answering phone calls, messages, and emails
* Resetting rooms during new client process
* Keeping accurate account of daily, weekly, and monthly statistics
* Ordering supplies from multiple vendors and keeping track of office inventory
* Basic cleaning responsibilities
* Enhancing our marketing calendar; creating fliers, brainstorming projects and events. * Growing our online presence via social media, website, newsletters, Google, etc.
* Efficiency with Mac, Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Canva, Planoly, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
* Basic phone efficiency and professionalism are a MUST
* Office Assistant or Receptionist experience desired
* Marketing experience a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
