Community Manager (HYBRID, just Texas zone)

Location: Woodlands, Texas

Position Overview:

A Semi-truck Aftermarket parts company is seeking a dynamic and proactive Community Manager to join their team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their customers, suppliers, industry partners and other stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to foster a vibrant and engaged community around their products, services and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate relevant content (articles, videos, etc.) for company's social mediafocusing on electroplating industry topics like best practices, tech updates,and case studies.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, followers, etc.) tooptimize strategies and content.
• Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to boost brandawareness and loyalty in electroplating industry.
• Serve as primary contact for community, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Moderate online platforms to ensure respectful interactions and help professionals stay informed about electroplating advancements.
• Organize events to facilitate networking and knowledge-sharing withinelectroplating community.
• Collaborate across teams to gather community insights, shaping futureinitiatives and product improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growthopportunities for the community.
• Analyze performance metrics to evaluate community initiatives and providedata-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, ora related field.
• Proven experience in community management (manufacturing industry).
• Excellent communication skills (SPANISH & ENGLISH), both written and verbal, with the ability toengage and interact with diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability tobuild rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, community platforms, andanalytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
