We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team. Preference given to individuals that are actively involved in our local community (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco). The KUDUCOM™ Inside Sales position will be responsible for generating new appointments and opportunities for our business voice and internet services in the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Job Duties:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following below. Other duties may be assigned.

· Outreach via phone, email and in person to intent marketing leads.

· Outreach via phone, email and in person to leads generated through nurturing campaigns.

· Outreach via phone, email and in person to specific and targeted industries.

· Cultivate expert knowledge of the company’s lines of service and technology.

· Meet and/or exceed monthly new appointment goals.

· Documenting activities in our client record management software.

· Attending outside networking meetings.

Required Skills / Knowledge:

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload

· Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent team skills with the ability to create effective relationships with peers and partners

· Independent, strategic and creative thinker who is a strong collaborative team player and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary

Education / Previous Experience:

· Four-year degree from a College or University in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration preferred. Equivalent experience is acceptable.

· 1 years in sales or customer service.

Work Conditions:

· Mix of indoor and outdoor work depending on client location.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
