Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documents like listing agreements, contracts, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate a successful sale.
- Offer sellers detailed and strategic insights about the local housing market to position their property competitively.
- Guide our clients through a seamless selling process, including advising on home staging, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics.
- Act as an intermediary between the seller and potential buyers or buying agents to achieve a satisfactory deal for all parties involved.
- Proactively reach out to and follow up with potential leads to assess their interest and fit for the property.
Requirements:
- Current real estate license or the ambition to obtain one.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
- A robust understanding of the local real estate market and its recent developments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
