Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of RV's.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, appliance repair/replace, oil change, generator service, plumbing/faucets/leaks, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Repair or replace broken equipment, appliances, or fixtures.
- Install fixtures such as shelves, blinds.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and residents effectively.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
