**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bus Driver to join our transportation team. As a Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting passengers to their destinations. **Responsibilities:** - Safely operate a bus following a set schedule and route - Provide exceptional customer service to passengers - Maintain a clean and organized bus interior - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations - Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch as needed - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus **Requirements:** - Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement - Excellent driving record - Ability to write and understand basic reports and route directions - Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance - Experience in behavior management, especially when dealing with diverse passenger groups - Familiarity with paratransit services is advantageous - Bilingual skills are desirable for effective communication with passengers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
