This is a commission based job with an average first year salary of $60k- $120k/year.

About This Role

Mio offers a wide range of services, including landscaping (turf), roofing, security, water filtration, and pest control. This helps our reps easily customize a plan for each customer’s home and maximize customer savings and personal commissions.

We pay our reps some of the highest commissions in the industry. Seeking people who would like to make $60k - $120k / yr. right now and are willing to work accordingly.

Positions are for local reps in their home area, however traveling opportunities are available upon request.

Mio is looking for leaders at every level. We can help the most experienced reps find a platform that lets them plugin and use their closing skills right away; we also have positions designed for people with no prior home improvement or general sales experience that also offer a 6 figure income potential in their first year, regardless of prior skill level. A full, from the bottom up, training is provided and continued training is available to all reps anytime.

Overall Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers with your charming personality
• Educate potential customers about Mio’s products and services
• Build a network of customers by generating leads and following up on sales
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales techniques

Qualifications

• Winning attitude, strives to be the best and understands what is required for that
• Teachable/coachable - we have proven systems that work.
• Can commit to working 30 hours per week, though we are open to discuss certain situations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
• A track record of sales success in a door-to-door sales environment (preferred but not required)
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in CRM software
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a clean background
• A valid driver's license or state ID
• Reliable transportation (beneficial but not required)
• Ethical character, does the right thing
