The Produc on Team Leader supervises adults with developmental disabili es in a manufacturing environment. This posi on is responsible for providing protec ve oversight of employees; assis ng employees to achieve op mal performance of their assigned tasks and daily goals.

Successful candidate qualifica ons

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic to intermediate Microso Office skills required.
• A en on to detail.
• Able to effec vely communicate both verbal and wri en.
• U lize Posi ve Behavior support strategies when working with employees.
• Maintain work area in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
• Respond appropriately and report any employee behaviors, incidents and /or accidents.
• Meet produc on and quality standards.

While performing the du es of this job, is required to walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Using fine and gross motor skills. Specific vision abili es required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth percep on, and ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
