Baristas/bartenders are expected to accomplish this by following the leadership of the manager, using the tools, training and resources provided.

Responsibilities

• ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
• maintain production pars for all coffee and FOH items
• monitor product quality and freshness
• maintain working knowledge of currents offerings for cocktails, wines and beers
• follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product
• maintain a clean and organized work work space
• check in and receive orders
• work with a sense of urgency
• dishwashing and light prep

Desired Work Experience

• 2 years food and beverage industry experience
• craft cocktail and natural wine bartending experience or coffee knowledge
