Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Proficient ability to operate and train to operate all asphalt paving equipment
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications and standards
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and documentation
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide regular updates and reports to project managers or clients

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of asphalt paving construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting construction documents
- Familiarity with project management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
