- Prepares pre-design cost estimates based on scope and project type.
- Prepares construction cost estimates from drawings, outlines, and specifications. on a variety of project types, reviews contractor and consultant cost proposals, negotiates change orders.
- Performs more complex assignments and may lead a team of estimators engaged in the following: Prepares pre-design cost estimates based on scope and project type.
- All of the duties associated with Cost Estimator III, plus specialized experience and/or expertise required for the successful delivery of specific cost estimating work.
- It is a full time job.
- Relocation allowance is not provided by the employer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $108,952.38 - $217,904.76 per year
