BarStar Group is a small hospitality company in Ann Arbor, MI. In addition to Nightcap, we own & operate Babs' Underground, Lo-Fi, Monty's Public House, Sam Hill & BEVi Bar Catering.

Typical Shifts
4 or 5 pm - 2 am

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
- Take orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of ingredients and supplies
- Prepare juices, syrups, and batches as needed
- Table service/cocktailing as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualification
- Previous bartender experience is necessary, preferably at a cocktail bar
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic math skills for calculating drink prices, handling cash, and providing change
- Familiarity with Toast POS a plus
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 18 – 36 per week
