Solea Medical Spa is Hiring a Periodontist Near Beach, FL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Periodontist to join our dental practice. As a Periodontist, you will specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal diseases, as well as perform dental implant procedures. Your expertise and knowledge in periodontics will contribute to the overall oral health and well-being of our patients.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive examinations of patients' oral health
- Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases, including gingivitis and periodontitis
- Perform surgical procedures such as scaling and root planing, gum grafting, and crown lengthening
- Administer local anesthesia and sedation to ensure patient comfort during procedures
- Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide post-treatment care instructions
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Dentrix, Epic, and Eaglesoft for accurate documentation of patient information
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in periodontal treatments and technologies

Skills:
- Proficient in medical records management and documentation
- Knowledge of medical coding related to periodontal procedures
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Open dental
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to periodontics
- Excellent manual dexterity for performing precise surgical procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients about their treatment options and oral health concerns
