Staybridge Suites Milford Ohio is Hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent Near Milford, OH
We are looking for new Front Desk Agents to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you would be interacting with other staff and guests frequently. This job is well suited for someone who is naturally energetic and cheerful, as you would be the face of the hotel and meeting new people all the time. Front Desk Agents must be on time for every scheduled shift and be willing to help out with what is needed for the day. The shifts would be 8am-3pm (morning), 3pm-11pm (evening), and 11pm-8am (night audit). The schedule would be a mix of morning and evening shifts. Preferred candidates will be willing and able to work night audit shifts as needed.
Highly qualified candidates will posses 1 year of customer service experience, be proficient in using computers and have reliable transportation.
We offer paid vacation after one year and a discount at all IHG hotels for all of our employees.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Checking guests in and out while following all brand standards.
-Helping guests as needed and ensuring satisfaction.
-Being on time for all assigned shifts.
-Maintaining a professional, clean and organized work environment.
-Taking reservations.
-Completing assigned courses and certifications as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
