Hillside Pet Clinic is looking for a Lead Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

Hillside Pet Clinic, an AAHA-accredited practice, seeks a Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary Assistant who is compassionate, enthusiastic, dependable, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude and a good work ethic. Are you someone with a true passion for the industry and a desire to expand your skills and knowledge? As a receptionist, your role will be to greet clients face-to-face and on the phone. Strong phone skills and strong scheduling skills are required. You must be able to multi-task between things like checking in clients, checking out clients and taking payment, preparing charts, and maintaining medical records, all while having a positive attitude! Friendly / outgoing people are encouraged to apply. Because this is a cross trained position a willingness to learn restraint and medical terminology is required.

Physical requirements may include being able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

We are open Monday - Friday, 7:30am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-3pm. We have a full time position available, either 4x10 hour or 5x8 hour days are an option, with rotating Saturdays.
