Alight Behavioral Therapy is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Woodbury, MN

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring BCBA's to oversee home-based ABA therapy cases. We are seeking providers who are highly motivated, skilled, energetic, and flexible to add to our team.

We are seeking individuals with a strong desire to bring out the best in others, and who thrive in a fast paced, creative, child-centered setting. Applicants must be willing to go above and beyond to meet the unique needs of each child. Must have the ability to simultaneously love the children for exactly who they are AND have very high expectations for success.

Job Duties:
- Conduct behavioral assessments to determine the needs of individuals with behavioral health concerns
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in behavioral therapy

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health concerns
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
