Job Description:
We are currently seeking several passionate and enthusiastic Class Instructors to join our team at We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym Bradenton. The primary responsibility of the instructors is to create a fun, engaging, and exciting class environment for both parents and children.

Responsibilities:

• Lead group classes such as story time, arts and craft activities, cooking class, music classes, baby classes, Mommy and Me classes, Daddy and Me classes, fitness and/or dance classes, language and development classes or groups, social skills groups, parental support groups
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
• Engage children with varying abilities in age-appropriate activities
• Ensure safety and supervision of all participants during classes

Requirements:

• Passion and enthusiasm for working with children with ALL abilities
• Previous experience working with children, preferably children with special needs
• Highly enthusiastic, engaging, and energetic personality
• Pre-employment screening including background check
• CPR certification preferred
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time and ability to bend over repeatedly
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation:
Payment can be on an hourly basis or through profit share agreements for established classes.
