Your Role: As an In-Home Caregiver for Veterans, you will be more than just a caregiver—you will be a friend, a supporter, and a source of comfort for our veterans. Our office is located in Santa Rosa, and we are currently looking for caregivers to serve veterans in the Cloverdale and Healdsburg areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance 
• Assist with mobility and transfer needs
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health status
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay - Caregiver wages start at $22.00- $23.50 per hour depending on experience, plus ongoing pay raise opportunities.
• ABILITY TO RAISE YOUR PAY $1.50 IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT!
