Duties of this job include:
- Assist with training of new Home Health Aides and ongoing training
- Maintain ongoing quality assurance for new and ongoing clients
Primary Functions are:
- Provide new hire training related to ADLs skills in lab/ client setting
- Assist in ongoing training of Home Health Aides in lab/ client setting
- Coaching and mentoring of Home Health Aides
- Establish and maintaining client quality assurance visits to client homes
- Assist agency with any necessary trainings and compliance related to Home Health Aides
Qualifications include:
- Active Registered Nurse State of Florida
- Effective communication
- Strong planning skills
- Great organizational skills
- Coaching/ Mentoring skills
- Must be able to work independently
- A background in eldercare or medical related sales is preferred.
- Home Health Care or Senior Care Industry Experience a plus.
