Water Medic of Cape Coral is looking for a Billing Clerk to join our team

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 hour shift

Job Duties: As the billing clerk, you will communicate with customers, field technicians, and service technicians to handle customer needs.

The billing clerk position is responsible for overseeing monthly billing and past due accounts, maintaining records as required, preparing and submitting credit card payments, working as a team to support customer inquiries over the phone and by email. Other duties as assigned.

Unconditional Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of office experience in a billing or clerical role.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Experience with data entry with Sage Intacct and Service Titan preferred but not required. We will train
