Job Summary:
Gray Chevrolet is looking for a part-time General Laborer/Maintenance person to join our team in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. This individual will primarily be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks and assisting with various duties in the Maintenance dept. This is a great opportunity for an individual to gain experience and contribute to a growing team.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. 
Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sweeping, and garbage removal,mowing, trimmimg
- Assist with maintaining the appearance of the dealership, including the showroom, lot, and service center
- Help with organizing and moving vehicles on the lot as needed
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on dealership equipment and furniture
- Assist with setting up and tearing down events and displays
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in general labor or maintenance preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take direction
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
