Under our project manager’s direction, you will work alongside a team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen, and apply your knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment to keep the project on track. You must have previous job-site experience and be able to weld PVC and TPO. Also, have a great work ethic and physical stamina. We do have OUT-OF-TOWN stays around the job site. • Load, unload, and transfer tools and building materials such as lumber, tile, saws, sheetrock, grout, etc.
• Run hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as survey equipment, jackhammers, and forklifts as required
• Remove debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean to meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements
• Adhere to all directions from the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately
• Aid tradesmen, sub-contractors and craft workers such as painters, roofers, plasterers, carpenters, and electricians, as necessary
• Dismantle old structures, and build temporary structures such as signs, cones, barricades, ramps, and other devices to control traffic around the construction site

• Physical stamina and physical strength are needed
• Experience working on a construction site, understanding of blueprints and construction plans, and knowledge of construction tools, methods, and equipment is required
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions such as extreme temperatures and rain
• Strong depth perception, good eye-hand coordination, and mechanical skills are helpful
• Own a valid driver's license
