```Duties```
- Assist plumbers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Carry and organize tools and materials for the job
- Dig trenches and prepare work areas for plumbing projects
- Assemble and disassemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear

```Skills```
- Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Basic welding skills for pipe connections
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills to assist with field service calls

The ideal candidate for this position should have a willingness to learn, be physically fit, and have good communication skills. Plumbing experience is preferred but not required.
