Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Technician to strengthen our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, capable of addressing and resolving intermediate-level technical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for a range of hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to Tier 3 technicians as needed. Company-owned transportation will be provided for on-site calls.
• Work alongside other technicians in a rotating on-call structure. Additional compensation is provided for the week technicians are on-call.
• Analyze and resolve basic network and systems problems (port forwarding, internet outages, edit access rules, etc.)
• Collaborate with Tier 1 technicians, offering support and expertise to resolve escalated issues.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and service protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in IT services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT support role, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in supporting Windows Desktop operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting SonicWALL or other firewall hardware is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with ConnectWise PSA and NinjaRMM is a plus, but not required.
• Highly desired certifications: Network , CCNA, M365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
