MCC Family Services is excited to announce our job opening for Part-time Non-Licensed and Licensed Outpatient Therapists. Our Outpatient Clinic, which has experienced exponential growth within the last several years, is expanding and accepting new clients, and has immediate openings for Therapists.
This is a unique experience to join our Outpatient team, which houses a collaborative cohort of experienced clinicians, working in a supportive atmosphere, who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to children, adults and families.
This is a part-time, fee for service position. Although the schedule is flexible, clinicians must be available to work a minimum of 12 billable hours per week. All hours available.
Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy or other related human services field.
• 2 years minimum experience in the mental health field (individual, group or family therapy).
• Professional license preferred, but not required.
• Availability for clinician emergencies.
• Must be able to pass Child Abuse, FBI, Criminal Background check and a drug screen.
• Must have Covid-19 Vaccination or written Letter of Medical or Religious Exemption.

Pay: From $35/hour Non-Licensed
Pay: From $40/hour for LCSW and LPC and LMFT-Licensed

• $1000 Sign On Bonus will be paid out in four ($250) increments, once Pre-set Milestone Hours are worked by new hire.
