Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Server at The Hudson Rose in Nutley, NJ. As a Server, your day-to-day tasks will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, handling payments, and collaborating with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and teamwork
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems
- Team player with a positive and friendly attitude
- Prior experience as a Server is required
- Food safety and handling certification is a plus
