Sales Account Associate

$60-65k/ year, plus commission and benefits

**In Office position in Miami Lakes, FL 33012 **

Job Summary:
The Sales Account Associate is responsible for growing the network of accounts, improving the performance of existing accounts, and developing underperforming markets. The Account Manager is also accountable for following market trends and data so that they can be well-equipped to help partners buy more inventory.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review applications of potential accounts that wish to sign up.
• Manage excellent working relationships with partners.
• Auditing accounts to find discrepancies and provide ideas on improving partner pricing and KPIs.
• Auditing legal requirements relative to current insurance and licenses required by state law.
• Track industry trends for new competitors, market demand, and potential partners.
• Support the Senior Account Manager in executing strategies and campaigns.
• Assist the accounts receivable team as required.
• Create SOPs and help with escalated customer service issues.
• Travels and attends approved events.

• Outstanding organization and time management.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.

Education and Experience: ​​​​

• Associate degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of account management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• At least two years of sales experience.
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
