We are seeking a brand ambassador to set up PADs in local cannabis stores. Ideally, this person lives in Santa Barbara, has a car, and is willing to travel to SLO County and Ventura County for work. ( please do not apply if no car)

This is a part-time, 1099 contractor position. Shifts are 3-4 hours each, in the afternoon (no mornings). Availability is needed 1-2 days a week from Thursday to Sunday.

**Role:** Engage with customers and deliver key brand messages in stores/dispensaries.

**Requirements:**

- Passion or knowledge of the cannabis industry

- Outgoing personality/customer service experience

- Professional and reliable

- Access to a vehicle

**Compensation:**

- $25/hour

- Mileage reimbursement over 15 miles

**Schedule:**

- Part-time / 3-4h shifts

**Responsibilities:**

- Represent the brand positively and professionally at various marketing events and activations in Cannabis Stores.

- Engage with consumers to promote brand awareness and generate interest in products or services.

- Conduct product demos and provide information about features and benefits.

- Collect data and feedback from consumers to inform marketing strategies and improve brand positioning.

- Assist with event setup, including signage, displays, and promotional materials.

- Communicate effectively with team members and event organizers to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive brand experience for consumers.
