Job Title: Specialized Logistical Escort Personnel / Cargo Security Escorts

Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation. HR 218 / L.E.O.S.A. status REQUIRED.

Position Summary:

First Responder Protective Services is looking for retired/prior local federal law enforcement officers, retired military personnel, or executive protection agents for the position of Specialized Logistical Escort Personnel. Must have extensive experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation. HR 218 / L.E.O.S.A. status is REQUIRED.

Current openings are for part time SLEP personnel, allowing for a flexible schedule, with the opportunity to become full-time in the future. The primary duty of this position is to to follow our client's tractor-trailers out of DFW area on long and short-term hauls across the continental USA, ensuring that the vehicle and its load arrives safely at their destinations. When traveling long distances, SLEP personnel work in teams of at least two and are provided a vehicle and equipment to follow the load. Once the load escort is complete, SLEP agents will be provided with air transportation to return to DFW..

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation.
• MUST Currently have active HR 218 / L.E.O.S.A. status with credentials available for review.
• MUST Currently possess or be able to obtain prior to employment, Level III Texas Commissioned Security Guard License with the Personal Protection Officer endorsement.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Favorable driving history with a valid driver’s license
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to sit and drive for long hours.
• Ability to travel on short notice within 12-24 hours notice.
