Qualifications:

• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $25M.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Proficient in web-based project management tools and project scheduling software.
• Minimum 5 year's experience managing large commercial construction projects, preferably in the retail space.
• At least 5 years of ground-up build experience, valued at $5M
• Experience utilizing blue-beam or similar estimation software

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed estimates for projects. (Required)
• Develop and update project schedules, tracking progress throughout the construction process.
• Establish and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to identify future project opportunities.
• Oversee the procurement process for subcontractors and vendors, including scope reviews, contract writing, and insurance/bonding assessments.
• Verify work-in-place quantities from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely owner billing.
• Analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Address and resolve issues related to drawing interpretations and conflicts.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, owner billings, subcontractor/vendor billings, and monthly reports.
• Prepare monthly cost projections to forecast total project costs at completion.
• Support superintendents to ensure project completion.
• Participate in weekly subcontractor meetings as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
