Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Provide instruction in various subjects
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to meet the individual needs of students
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience
Experience:
- Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies and early intervention methods
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
