As an Assistant Hotel Engineer, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our residents by maintaining and improving the overall appearance of the property. Tools and equipment listed are representative of those typically used; other tools and equipment may be used as needed. Use of cleaning products and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, brooms and mops are required. Additionally, employee may use snow removal equipment such as shovels and/or snow blowers. You will need to supply and use your own daily tools as needed.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stoop; kneel; climb stairs; crawl; lift, push or pull objects (up to 50 pounds); talk; and/or hear. Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate with internal and external customers.
