POSITION PURPOSE
The Brand Services Coordinator supports activities that promote Oregon as an ideal destination to a variety of audiences by providing programmatic and administrative support to the brand services. The person in this position offers a variety of specialized support and coordination that enable efficient brand stewardship services activities, including assisting and/or coordinating project activities related to international sales projects, departmental portfolio management, creative services, advertising, and industry partner marketing projects. This role serves as a liaison to internal teams and external domestic and international partners as well as assistance to ensure the department’s goals and mission are achieved.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR DUTIES
Brand Stewardship Coordination:
● Compile, track, and draft documents for internal and external stakeholders.
● Assist in campaign development, brand implementation, and event planning.
● Provide support for reporting, communication, and material ordering.
● Stay informed on industry insights to enhance Brand Services.
Project Coordination:
● Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with objectives.
● Collaborate with teams and external partners to overcome obstacles.
● Manage small projects independently and provide support to Brand Services Managers.
Administrative Support:
● Handle inquiries and schedule meetings.
● Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice processing and contract management.
● Maintain alignment with organizational values and commitments to diversity and inclusion.
Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or any combination of education/coursework/training and work experience necessary to meet position requirements.
● Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced business environment, coordinating marketing and sales projects.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom.
● Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, ClickUp, Teams, and Google Docs.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Proficiency in project management tools and process implementation.
● Strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
● Knowledge of conflict resolution and consensus-building.
● Strong communication and editing skills.
● Understanding of the tourism/hospitality industry.
● Experience in budget monitoring and contract management.
About Our Work Environment:
This position is designated as hybrid/remote. While the majority of essential functions are performed at an alternate workplace, business needs may require the employee to come into a central or temporary workplace on a periodic basis. Overnight travel, up to two days per quarter, is required in this position.

To support that aim, our employees working in roles designated as hybrid or remote must reside in Oregon or Portland Metro.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Salary Range: $58,100.00-$69,700.00
