Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Cold Call Specialist to join our growing team in Scottsdale, focusing on hard money loans. This individual will play a key role in establishing and expanding the Arizona office, with potential leadership opportunities as the market develops.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new business relationships with investors, builders, and real estate developers.
• Proactively prospect for new borrowers through a combination of cold calling and attending networking events.
• Making cold calls to past and new clients
• Average 175 cold calls per word day for the month to reach bonus
• Work with in house LO’s to understand the prospecting process and help them grow
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner that upholds CF1’s reputation
• Learn to work with other departments and be a blessing not a burden to – underwriting, processing, and servicing
• Create and maintain relationships with our borrowers
• Coachable and hungry to learn and grow

Requirements/Qualifications:

• In-person office hours: Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM (Scottsdale).
• Sales and real estate experience; NMLS licenses are not required.
• Basic knowledge of CRM usage.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is primarily commission-based with a competitive base salary. During the ramp-up period, we provide compensation, and the role comes with abundant resources, including leads.
