Server

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately

Skills:
- Experience with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculations
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
- Familiarity with sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean dining environment
- Proficiency in operating POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Willingness to assist other team members as needed
- Basic culinary knowledge to answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and kitchen staff
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
