Company Intro :

Starting in late 2021, we’re a new organization that is focused on making a difference along the way by taking on clients that have a community-focused mindset.

The name Imperial Legacies refers to our philosophy of conquering any challenge while paving the way for those to follow.

Job description :

• We begin our schedule at 9 : 30 AM and it ends at 6 : 00 PM.
• Setting up at fundraising events to spread awareness of our client’s goals to the public of El Paso through conversation.
• Coming prepared every day to our office location in the morning with notebook and pen / pencil to learn sales skills during morning meetings.
• Providing personal transportation to and from work location.
• Maintaining accurate count of personal fundraising / sales throughout the day.
• Be courteous to others, follow instructions, communicate clearly with everyone, but more than anything, be respectful.

Compensation / Pay

Professional Fundraisers earn commission of weekly individual fundraising which is paid on a weekly basis. There are bonuses that the employees can qualify for, bonuses include :

Weekly $50

Show up on time to the office and fundraising events, work full shifts, and have 100% attendance. All qualifications need to be met for a bonus to be granted.

Employee of the Month $100

Chosen every month on the first week of the new month.

Annual trip.

Employee needs to have been promoted at least once and maintain that new position.

Training, which is a period of two days, is paid at a rate of $50 p / day as long as the trainee does finish the full period and hours of training - two consecutive days from 9 : 30AM to 4 : 00PM.

If a trainee does not complete full hours for the scheduled day, a rate of $25 for the day will be applied instead of $50.

Orientation is the first day we meet after your interview so that we may fill in your direct deposit information as well as go over basic information for your job duties and description.

Orientation is not a paid day.
