Royal Health Care Institute is a premier CNA and HHA Training School with training centers in Salem MA, Lowell MA and Framingham MA. We are currently seeking a CNA/HHA Program PART-TIME Instructor. This position IS based in Lowell, Massachusetts.

In this role, you will accompany our primary teacher and 16 students TO CLINICALS ONLY. Clinicals will be held at D'Youville Life and Wellness community in Lowell on the fourth week of student's training. You are responsible for ensuring all students are meeting expectations and state standards for clinical skills and completing clinical evaluations.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience with adult education preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualifications:

• Current active license without restriction or probation, as a Registered Nurse in the state of MA
• One to Two years’ experience as an RN in the previous five (5) years with at least one year’s experience working in a long term care facility.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification. Can be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Adult education experience preferred
• One (1) year previous teaching experience in a Nurse Aide education program or supervising nursing students in a nursing facility
• 8am-2:30pm/ 4pm-9:30pm

Please note that this position only guarantees you work four days every month.
