Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting, adhering to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and assist with treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and communication of patient information.
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and individualized patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations throughout all interactions.

Requirements:
Valid RN license in the State of Texas
CPR or BLS Certified
Clean background check and clean drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States of America
