Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables.
• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Manage the reservations book and seating chart.
• Process To Go Orders
• Process Gift Card Requests
• As needed, assist in clearing and resetting tables.

Requirements:

• Some restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-based rather than individual based service model.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Already have or be able to attain the Florida Food Handler Certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
