We are seeking a Senior Project Architect/Manager with typology experience in healthcare to join our diverse and creative team. As a Senior Project Architect/Manager, you will serve as the primary client contact while maintaining a positive relationship with the entire project team and supervising the design and technical delivery of projects. 

• Oversee planning and execution of multiple architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion.
• Lead project teams in development of project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
• Manage day-to-day operations of project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project schedules, budgets, or quality.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, e.g. - building codes, zoning regulations, and FGI requirements. 
• Mentor junior project managers.

• Professional degree in Architecture from accredited program.
• 8 years of experience required managing architectural projects within healthcare.
• Licensed professional in the State of Nevada or carry NCARB certification.
• Any additional healthcare certifications such as EDAC certification, WELL accreditation, ACHA certification or others are a plus. 
• Familiarity with software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Revit, and Microsoft Office 365, is highly desirable.
• Portfolio of completed healthcare projects that demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
