Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Lifeguards to ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe aquatic environment.

Duties:

- Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and provide assistance when needed.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment setup.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Possess current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications.
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues.
- Knowledge of pool cleaning procedures and pool maintenance.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in lifeguarding or related roles is a plus.
