Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Lead Counselor, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to indviduals experiencing mental health symptoms, along with supervising and providing direction to other clinical and non clinical staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

- Provide crisis management and intervention services to residents at our facility

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions

- Develop treatment plans based on client needs and goals

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including coding and documentation

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Supervise and provide guidance to counseling staff

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in clinical counseling

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

- Valid licensure as a Clinical Counselor (LPCC, LMFT, LP)

- Proven experience working with children in a counseling setting

- Strong crisis management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
