Full Time Medical Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish / English)

- Bilingual (English / Spanish) required

- Strong communication skills
- Must be multi-task oriented and able manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Microsoft Office - Intermediate level
- Knowledge of general office equipment including : fax machine, copier, scanner, multi-line telephone, calculator, and personal computer
Responsibilities
- Answer Phone Calls
- Communicate messages via the EMR software from patients
- Scheduling visits
- Processing and attaching incoming faxes
- Must have professional demeanor
- Must be detailed and possess strong accuracy
- This is a FULL-TIME, on-site position
- Triage Patients
- Chart Prep
- Phlebotomy
- Perform Data Entry
- Measure and Record vital signs
- Clean exam Rooms
- Clean medical equipment
